Who is responsible for your information

Gidaya Group Pty Ltd (ABN 66 653 143 125) operates this Project Turner website and is responsible for deciding how information collected through it is used. We aim to handle personal information consistently with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles where they apply.

What we collect

• Your first name, email address and mobile number.
• Your fit-check answers, including project stage, scope, goals, uncertainties, timing, indicative working range and decision priorities.
• Your booking time and communications with Gidaya Group.
• Technical and usage information such as an anonymous visitor identifier, referral and campaign details, device category, page views, timestamps, clicks and scroll behaviour.

Please do not submit payment-card details, health information or other sensitive information through this form.

Why we use it

We use this information to:

• assess whether the consultation and Gidaya Group’s services may suit your project;
• respond to you, arrange and manage the consultation, and send service reminders;
• apply the one-booking-per-household limit and prevent repeat applications;
• save your answers in our customer relationship system for the consultation;
• understand and improve the website using analytics; and
• protect the website, comply with law and resolve disputes.

If you do not provide the required contact details and answers, we cannot assess the fit check or open the booking calendar.

Analytics

Browser storage is used to keep the fit-check working, retain campaign attribution and maintain an anonymous visitor identifier.

Microsoft Clarity records interaction data such as scrolling, clicks and session behaviour so we can improve the page. It loads when the page is viewed unless it is blocked by your browser or network settings. Contact fields are masked.

Who receives the information

Access is limited to Gidaya Group personnel and service providers who need it for the purposes above. Those providers include:

• OpenAI ChatGPT Sites and Cloudflare for website hosting and storage;
• HighLevel/LeadConnector for customer records, booking and service communications;
• Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft Azure for website analytics;
• Google services for embedded videos and operational notifications; and
• professional advisers, regulators or authorities where reasonably required by law.

We do not sell Project Turner fit-check contact details. If our business or assets are transferred, information may be disclosed as part of that transaction subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.

Overseas processing

Some providers operate outside Australia. Information may be processed in the United States, India and other countries in which our service providers or their subprocessors operate. Overseas privacy protections may differ from Australian law. We select established providers and use their contractual and security controls to protect information.

Retention and security

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including restricted administrative access and masked contact fields in analytics. We keep enquiry, booking and CRM information only while reasonably needed for the purposes above, an active or prospective client relationship, dispute management and applicable legal or record-keeping obligations. We then delete or de-identify it where practicable.

Microsoft states that Clarity session recordings are generally retained for 30 days and heatmap or click data for up to 13 months. No internet service is completely secure, so please contact us promptly if you believe your information has been misused.

Service messages and marketing

Booking confirmations, reminders and replies about your requested consultation are service communications. We will not use this form to send unrelated marketing unless you separately consent or the law otherwise permits it. You can use an unsubscribe link, reply STOP to an eligible SMS, or contact us to opt out.

Access, correction and complaints

You may ask to access or correct personal information we hold about you, opt out of direct marketing, or request deletion where applicable. Email build@gidayagroup.com with the subject “Privacy request”. We may need to verify your identity. We aim to respond within 30 days.

If you have a privacy complaint, tell us what happened and the outcome you seek. We will investigate and respond. If you are not satisfied, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice when the website, providers or legal requirements change. The effective date above shows the current version.
